Join Marimar on our second trip to Chile this April for an unforgettable experience.

The festivities will start with a welcome party on Tuesday, April 1st Santiago de Chile, and end with a farewell lunch on Friday, April 13th. 

Some highlights of the trip include lunch and visits to the Torres estate in Curicó; VIP tours at renowned wineries; guided tours of Santiago and Valparaiso; and a 3 day trip to Patagonia!

Experience a piece of Spanish winemaking history! Join us at Marimar's home for a one-time-only vertical tasting of the renowned Mas La Plana Cabernet Sauvignon from Familia Torres. Journey through a selection of vintages from Marimar's personal cellar spanning four decades, from the current 2020 vintage dating back to the 1989! 

In 1979 the wine world was in shock when, against a roster including several First Growth Bordeauxs, the 1970 vintage of Mas La Plana won the prestigious Gault & Millau Wine Olympics held in Paris. This win helped make a name for high quality Spanish wine internationally and catapulted Mas La Plana to become a piece of Spain's wine history. Marimar will take you through the story of this single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon that her brother, Miguel Torres, had the vision to produce. And of course, enjoy a full Spanish meal after the tasting to round out the full gastronomic experience. ¡Salud!

Join us for a fun-filled afternoon at our Rosé Pool Party to celebrate the release of our 2024 Rosé of Tempranillo, our second vintage ever! Grab your bathing suits and soak up the sun while indulging in chilled glasses of rosé and lounging poolside with friends. An endless assortment of tapas, each with their own pairing, await you!

Join us for our Calçotada party by the pool! Enjoy an array of tapas and a traditional Catalan bbq, all while being serenaded by live Spanish guitar courtesy of David McLean. What is a Calçotada? It's a festive meal that involves the traditional way of grilling the young onions of the season "a la brasa" (over the flames) in Catalonia. The calçots are then served wrapped in newspaper with Romesco sauce to accompany them!

The urge to clap will be hard to resist during this riveting performance showcasing the art of Flamenco dancing, a Spanish tradition you won't want to miss. Soak it all in while overlooking the Don Miguel Vineyard at sunset.
